You can trust her to do her absolute best all the time. Despite having to take care of her young kids and being sick at one point, she never slowed down when it came to her commitment.

She will ensure that you are well informed of progress all the time. I was overseas for several weeks while it was being sold, and I never felt that I missed anything.

She will provide you with her honest opinions, but at the end of the day she will do what you want to do very willingly. I really appreciated her professionalism of 'customer always right' and 'disagree but commit' attitudes.

That said, she worked very hard to provide me data-driven and honest suggestions, which all turned out to be very accurate.
