I bought and sold a house with Aubrey as a referral from a friend. What I appreciated about her was how much information about the area we were selling in she provided because she was knowledgeable. I appreciated that she knew we were going to fix some things we put off so they would be fresh for selling (ie paint, flooring) and gave us her perspective for what are priority items along with input of color. The personalized website was tastefully done, she provided staging, cleaning and her rate couldn’t be beat. Her calmness helped me when I was not. Our house had a full price offer after 1 day. We then found a house we knew we could love. Aubrey provides us with several names of inspectors who could help us and they were all very fair. There were hiccups on the sellers end that she smoothed over making this process a success. Would I use Aubrey’s services again? Absolutely. Ive already referred her to another friend.
