There are not enough praises I can give about how marvelous Aubrey Martin and her team are. In August of 2019 Aubrey assisted us in finding and purchasing our beautiful dream home. She was fantastic through the whole process. This lady knows her stuff! She is very attentive to her buyers needs, wants & budget. From start to close Aubrey was with us the entire way. She brought to the table spreadsheets & current market statistics so we could make the best informed investment we could. Her analytical side was a bonus for my husband who is all about numbers. While her attention to details & my wishes for the finishes in the home won my trust immediately.

Little did we know in a few short months we'd be calling on Aubrey to help us sell our beautiful home due to a corporate relocation out of state for my husband's career. It was a tumultuous time for our family but with Aubrey's quick response, knowledge on the market, her prowess on advertising as well as staging our house hit the market, offer recieved at asking price within the first 30 days and sold for over our purchase price from 6 months prior. Knowing Aubrey and her team were skillfully working for us, behind the scenes, helped immensely in the reduction of an already stressful time. She is amazing. Aubrey and her team work like a fine oiled machine.
