She is both professional and personable all while navigating our home sale through the COVID-19 pandemic precautions and regulations. Aubrey and her team also managed all of this while we lived in a different state during the selling period. She was very detailed with the information she presented to us from the very beginning regarding what home sales looked like in our area, what the trends were, where we could benefit from further upgrades, etc. She has many great recommendations for providers and was happy to help set up appointments with them. All of this plus so much more that she offers as part of her contract made her easy and pleasant to work with and she was extremely helpful in reviewing offers and deciding which were strong and where negotiations should be done.
