Aubrey undertood three things that were a huge advantage to us:
1. The demands of the current market and how we needed to organize our time, resources, money, etc. in order to land a house in the first couple of tries.
2. How two self-employed people can get the lending help and information they need.
3. How to deal with a seller who hasn’t hired a realtor.
