I’m such a big fan of new adventures- taking a chance on a new city and a fresh start. Karmel was interested in a listing I have (closing soon!) in Park Rose in this absolutely adorable complex of townhomes. She and her daughter were relocating from L.A. and Karmel has family up here, and she loves Portland 🙂

There’s a pool steps from her new home, and plenty of green space— and I know they are going to settle in beautifully.
