Aubrey really went the extra mile with us when we started looking for houses in November '18, then decided to take a break and save more money before eventually buying a house the following September. She spent lots of time with us on the phone and in person (even though we live on the complete opposite side of town!) She listened to our endless first-time-home-buyer questions and never got tired of me saying "oh yeah, one other thing...". She was always knowledgeable, patient, and kind, even when I let my emotions get the best of me. The best thing I can say about Aubrey is that she was always where she said she would be, did what she said she would do, and never let us get lost in the commotion. I would recommend Aubrey's trustworthiness, reliability, and knowledge to anyone!
